Dimensions of the couch in inches? inches of seat from the floor. Inches of Back rest?

The seat height is about 17.72 inches and the back rest is about 13.78 inches.

Will the bottom scratch the floor?

No, you can put a rug if you are worried.

Is sofa and chaise separate piece require assembly? Not sure how I can take it upstair living room with narrow stair way if entire sofa and chaise is inseparable.

It is 2 parts actually, you just need to put them together.

How to clean and care daily?

Wipe With Clean Cloth And Mild Soap, When Needed.
