The plumber who installed it loved it . But at first I was a bit intimidated by my new toilet ! Using all the information provided I embarked on my learning curve and discovered instructions and operation were not too complicated at all. My expectations were all met in terms of efficiency , aesthetics and function. I love it ! It is as advertised and has had no difficulties in installation or disappointments in use . I would love recommendations from your staff on the products they feel are best for cleaning the bowl and cover so I can treat this new beauty as well as it is treating me !
