Beautiful product - great price - fabulous customer service. Ordering online, while easy, can be confusing especially to a new customer. I was able to navigate the process, with a welcome discount, by speaking with a customer service representative within 12 hours of my initial late-night order.

The experiment was successful, the gold color is discreet European (not oriental yellow) as seen in the photo and the crystals sparkle more beautifully than in the photo. I am happy and enthusiastic and can make an unreserved purchase recommendation. Top!

This is the most amazing chandelier. I love that it has so much glam but is still so clean and modern looking. So happy I chose this one. It’s even prettier than I thought.

Chandelier received quickly. You have to be careful and meticulous when assembling. When I opened the box I thought it was going to be very complicated or even impossible but I assembled it in less than an hour and without too much difficulty. The result is magnificent!!!

This chandelier looks great in our dining room! However, the installation was a challenge and we had to buy a different chain because we have 12-foot ceilings. Overall, a good buy!
